On Wednesday, December 2, 2026, the Eculent Speakeasy at Clear Creek Winery in Kemah hosts two separate dining experiences—our First Seating at 5:00 PM CST and our Second Seating at 7:30 PM CST. Each seating is strictly limited to 30 guests, for a total event capacity of 60 guests across the evening.
Both seatings feature the exact same advertised culinary and beverage experience curated by Chef David Skinner and Producer Tony Bell, including:

Clear Creek Winery serves as the home base for Chef David Skinner’s winemaking, distilling, and avant-garde culinary program. Inside, the Eculent Speakeasy offers an intimate room capped at 30 guests for the 5:00 PM seating and 30 guests for the 7:30 PM seating.

Tony Bell is the founder of Bell Empire Media & Events and the creator, event producer and curator of Bourbon & Bubbles.
Bell's role is to bring the complete experience together—from the guest list and Great Gatsby holiday atmosphere to partnerships, entertainment, hospitality and the details that make an evening memorable.
His background includes producing social experiences in Las Vegas and developing events and community concepts throughout the Bay Area Houston region. His projects include the Bay Area Breakfast Club and Bourbon & Bubbles, along with organizing the Trunk or Treat Shop & Eat event in Kemah (October 2026), the Seabrook Seafood Festival (spring 2027), and the Kemah Wine & Food Festival (fall 2027).
Chef David Skinner is the culinary force behind Eculent and Ishtia and the winemaker and distiller behind Clear Creek Winery and Meticulous Spirits.
His approach brings together culinary artistry, science, storytelling, cocktails, wine and spirits to create dining experiences that extend far beyond a traditional restaurant.
Skinner was recognized as a 2025 James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: Texas for Ishtia.
